Well, well, well.... What do you want us to post? English from litterature or English from New York's streets?
I found this, funny eh? (by the way, canadian people always (ou presque XD) add "eh" after their sentence as the Quebeckers with their "han" )
Who is Brian, first of all? XD

@Nashii: "Brian" is just a name commonly used in beginner's english lessons in France, as in the sentence "Where is Brian?" "Brian is in the kitchen" etc
it's been a joke since Gad ElMaleh's one man show. ^^ Here's an extract:

@Shoichi: why don't you tell us precisely what kind of books you read? you could explain us the plot of the last book you read for example. ^^
or it's ok if you prefer doing the game you're talking about.
@Gensen: Happily, using verbs is far more easy in english than in french, it's always written the same, except with the pronoun "he" or "she" where you need to add a "s".
I don't see the point of having such a conversation about that, but let us know if you have any questions about a point of grammar.

But I don't know if I am still able to explain it ... If I found back the explanations of this teacher (best I have ever seen on this subject), I will post it

About verbs! Here's Yûko's short lesson! ^^
Present: It's easy to employ it, just don't forget the "s" at the end of the verb when referring to "he" or "she".
Past: verb + -ed (Don't forget to learn your irregular verbs!) -> You use it when referring to something that happened a long time ago, for example: "When I was in elementary school, I used to get up early to catch the bus."
Present Perfect: have/has + verb-ed / irregular verb -> You use it when referring to something in the past, and commonly when there's a matter of time with "for" or "ago". Ex: I haven't played football for a while. I have been in Paris one month ago.
Past Perfect: had + verb-ed/irregular verb -> It's the same, you use it when your principal sentence is written in past tense, and you need to refer to an event that happened before. Ex: I saw a movie about a story I had read before.
Future: will + verb -> You use it when referring to something that will happen in the future. I will improve my english for sure thanks to Yûko!
Present/Past Continuous: be + verb-ing -> You use it when referring to an action that's happening right now, and continue happening while you say it. It is raining outside. I'm listening to you, what do you want? I was looking for my cat when you phoned.
Just ask if you want me to explain anything else.
But we're waiting for Shoichi's game!

Present, past, .. oh gosh XD
English is very contextual, what is very hard to a francophone to understand XD I've got and I got are two things sooooo different and everything can change with those words.... What doesn't have a big impact in French :/

actually it's the same use of the tenses in french, but as it comes naturally in your native language, you don't question yourself so much. XD but I don't think it's so hard to understand...
